How to Raise a Complaint With Motortreaty Heating & Air
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Motortreaty Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or contacted Motortreaty Heating & Air
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please understand that Motortreaty Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@motortreaty.beer and include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you used or the form you filled out, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Comes Next
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean reaching out to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
